Admission Procedure

Simple steps to join the HSPS family

Get Application Form

Application for admission is received on prescribed registration forms attached with the prospectus, available from the school accounts office on payment.

Attach Documents

Photocopy of the birth certificate should be attached with the application form. Ensure all required documents are complete.

Take Entry Test

Entry tests are commensurate with age group and the requisite academic standard of the class in which admission is sought. Passing marks are 50% in each subject.

Interview

Selected candidates will be called for an interview. This helps us understand the student and ensure a good fit for our educational environment.

Confirmation

Candidate selected for admission will be required to join within 10 days after the selection day. Welcome to HSPS!

Attendance & Leave

Minimum 90% attendance required in each subject
Rs. 20/- fine per day for unexcused absence
Medical certificate required for illness
6 consecutive days absence = struck off from roll
Re-admission fee: Rs. 2,500/-

Homework Policy

Daily homework assigned in all classes
Due on next school day
10 marks penalty for late submission
3+ missed assignments risk no credit
Make-up work allowed with valid excuse

Progress Reports

Monthly progress reports sent home
Teacher suggestions and comments included
Parents must review, sign, and return
Regular tests and assessments scheduled
10% of final grade from assessments

Examination System

Term-wise exams from Play Group to 10th class
Four terms: First Final & Second Final
8th class: Annual exams by Punjab Board
9th & 10th: Annual exams by Gujranwala Board
Results declared at parent-teacher meetings
